FASHION WHOLESALE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Luxury Streetwear; Activewear

Nationwide | Commission-Based | Remote

OVERVIEW

Two emerging fashion brands “C H A L Á N T “ and “ON GP the label” are seeking an experienced independent wholesale sales representative with established buyer relationships to develop and close retail, showroom, e-commerce, athletic retail, gym and fitness-studio accounts nationwide. The ideal representative understands premium/luxury apparel, activewear and relationship-driven wholesale sales.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prospect and open qualified wholesale accounts with luxury retailers, athletic retailers, gyms and fitness studios, online retailers and fashion showrooms.

· Present both brands professionally to buyers, showroom contacts and retail decision-makers.

· Coordinate buyer presentations, appointments, line reviews, trade-show opportunities and account follow-up.

· Negotiate and close wholesale orders within approved pricing and brand parameters.

· Maintain relationships with accounts originated by the representative and support reorder growth.

· Provide pipeline reporting, buyer feedback and market intelligence to ownership.

Candidate Profile

· Established relationships with retail buyers, showroom operators and/or relevant wholesale accounts required.

· Demonstrated fashion, luxury, streetwear, activewear or adjacent wholesale sales experience.

· Strong prospecting, negotiation, follow-through and account-management skills.

· Comfortable representing brands that are moving through pre-production/wholesale expansion; tech packs and manufacturing planning are in place and samples will be developed as required.

COMPENSATION

Independent contractor, commission-based.

APPROVED STARTING FRAMEWORK

10% commission on new wholesale accounts originated and closed by the representative.

Higher commission may be negotiated for designated high-volume accounts or performance tiers; accounts may earn a 5% residual commission on collected reorder revenue while the representative remains actively assigned to/service of the account. Final thresholds, territory rules, exclusions, chargebacks/returns and commission timing will be defined in the written agreement.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

Strong performers may expand territory, take responsibility for key accounts and participate in longer-term wholesale/showroom strategy as the brands scale.
