About the Role:

Join CBRE as a Facilities Coordinator supporting a large, established organization within the healthcare industry. In this remote role, you'll provide operational and administrative support for facilities services across locations throughout the East and South regions. This position is a great fit for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating requests, and supporting financial and purchase order processes in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a key contact for facilities-related requests and service needs.
  • Coordinate, track, and manage work orders from intake through completion.
  • Support purchase order creation, invoice tracking, and other finance-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, vendor documentation, and operational files.
  • Partner with vendors, landlords, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Monitor service performance and assist with reporting and status updates.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve routine issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Support day-to-day facilities operations by following established processes and procedures.

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, facilities, or a related field.
  • Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, accounts payable, or finance processes preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Prior Facilities Coordinator or Facilities Management experience is a plus.
  • Must be located within the Central or Eastern time zones.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $50,000 annually [or $24.04 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $60,000 annually [or $28.85 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
