Independent Sales Reseller – Schools & Districts | Commission Only

Company: NextWaveSTEM LLC
Location: United States (Remote)
Job Type: Independent Contractor / Reseller
Compensation: 20% commission on eligible sales | No base salary
Openings: 5

About the Role

NextWaveSTEM provides STEM education programs and learning opportunities for students through schools, districts, and educational organizations.

We are looking for US-based Independent Sales Partners who already have an established network of schools and school districts and can actively leverage those relationships to create new business opportunities.

The Opportunity
This is a relationship-driven sales partnership, not a traditional cold-calling position.

We are specifically looking for professionals who currently work with, serve, sell to, or maintain active relationships with approximately 50–100+ schools, school districts, educators, administrators, or education decision-makers.

Your role is to open the right doors and create qualified opportunities. Our team will provide the sales materials, product information, and support needed to help move opportunities through the sales process.

What You Will Do

  • Leverage your existing school and district network to identify qualified opportunities.
  • Introduce NextWaveSTEM to relevant schools, districts, administrators, and decision-makers.
  • Facilitate warm introductions and initial conversations.
  • Identify schools/districts with relevant program needs.
  • Stay engaged with opportunities you introduce while our team supports the sales process.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential opportunities.
  • Build a long-term business relationship with NextWaveSTEM.

What We Are Looking For

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and engage in the proposed independent contractor arrangement.
  • Existing professional network of approximately 50–100+ relevant school/district contacts.
  • Active relationships with schools, districts, educators, administrators, or education decision-makers.
  • Experience in sales, business development, education partnerships, EdTech, education services, school programs, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to make warm introductions and generate qualified opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to actively engage with NextWaveSTEM on an ongoing basis, rather than making occasional introductions.

What NextWaveSTEM Provides

  • You are not expected to build the entire sales process yourself. We provide:
  • Product and program information.
  • Sales and marketing materials.
  • Support with presentations and sales discussions.
  • A clear process for submitting and tracking leads.
  • Internal support throughout the sales process.
  • Visibility into the progress of opportunities you introduce.
  • Commission tracking and timely payment according to the Independent Contractor Agreement.

Compensation

  • 20% commission on eligible sales.
  • No base salary.
  • No fixed monthly compensation.
  • Independent Contractor / Sales Partner engagement.
  • Flexible, remote working arrangement.

Who Will Succeed in This Role?
This opportunity is ideal for someone who can genuinely say:

“I already have relationships with the schools and districts you want to reach, and I am willing to actively leverage those relationships.”

We are not looking for someone who simply has a large LinkedIn network. We are looking for real, active, professional relationships that can lead to meaningful introductions and business opportunities.

Application
Please provide:

  • Your resume.
  • Approximate size of your active school/district network.
  • Types of schools and districts you currently work with.
  • Your access to education decision-makers.
  • Relevant sales/business development experience.
  • Examples of partnerships or opportunities you have generated.
  • How you would actively engage with NextWaveSTEM on a weekly/monthly basis.

We are looking to fill both positions by the end of September 2026.
