Part-Time Cold Caller for AI Services Business (Remote, Flexible Hours)

About us

Robot Heart Human helps small businesses put AI to work — our flagship offer is an AI voice receptionist that answers every call 24/7, books appointments, and handles FAQs. We're a small, growing business with a proven offer and paying clients.

The role

10–15 hours/week calling two types of prospects (we provide the lists and the scripts):

1. Small business owners — contractors, clinics, salons, restaurants, law firms. Goal: book them into a 15-minute demo call with our founder.

2. Marketing/web agencies — pitch them on our referral partner program (they earn 15% of build fees + 10% of monthly retainers for sending us clients). Goal: get a yes to receive our partner one-pager, then book a 15-min partner intro call.

You are booking meetings, not closing deals. Our founder runs every demo and closes.

What we provide

- Word-for-word call scripts for both motions (tested, short, conversational)

- Fresh prospect lists every week — you never have to build lists

- A 30-minute kickoff training call + recorded demo you can reference

- Direct feedback from a career enterprise sales rep

What we're looking for

- Proven cold calling experience — you've dialed before and you're not afraid of the phone

- Confident, natural phone presence — no robocall energy

- Fluent English, clear and easy to understand

- Reliable and self-directed — you manage your own hours and hit your dial targets

- Basic spreadsheet/CRM hygiene — every call gets logged

Bonus: experience selling to small business owners, or doing agency/business-development outreach.

Hours & pay

- 10–15 hrs/week, fully flexible — you choose your calling blocks (US business hours for prospecting)

- $20/hr + $30 bonus for every qualified meeting that shows up

- Long-term role for the right person — as we grow, your hours grow

To apply

1. Send a 60-second voice note (phone recording is fine) introducing yourself — we hire voices, so we want to hear yours

2. Tell us about your cold calling experience: what you sold, who you called, roughly how many dials/day

3. Confirm you have a quiet place to call and a reliable headset

No agencies, no AI-voice applicants — a real human being who likes the phone.
