As a Fortune 500 company, we employ over 19,000 trained professionals in a worldwide network of over 350+ locations across six continents.<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>The Quote Intake Coordinator serves as the initial gatekeeper for all spot quote activity within the Transportation Pricing & Quoting Team for the Americas. This role is responsible for determining the correct team responsible for executing each requested quote and assigning requests accordingly — ensuring every quote is captured accurately, clarified when incomplete, and routed to the right team without delay.<br><br>This role sets the pace and quality for the entire spot quote pipeline downstream.
