AS731 - Fully Remote EA/PA - Northern East Coast, USA

Overview

A single professional is seeking a fantastic full-time executive/personal assistant. She splits her time between residences in New York and California, and also spends time in Europe- the EA/PA will be remote, but candidates must be located within proximity to NYC due to schedule requirements, and *very* occasional in-person work. The schedule is full-time and is generally Monday through Friday, approximately 9am-5pm EST, but with a 24/7 mindset and willingness to do time-sensitive tasks outside of normal working hours, especially when the principal is traveling.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex travel arrangements- private and commercial
  • Schedule calls and meetings
  • Book all personal appointments
  • Research, hire, and manage vendors
  • Oversee the household budget; pay household staff and vendors
  • Assistance with other projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Proactive, organized, and able to think ahead
  • Able to deal with multiple priorities and constantly changing schedules
  • Flexibility to assist with tasks outside of the standard schedule
  • Resilient problem solver
  • Extremely discreet and confidentiality conscious
  • Tech savvy- able to independently learn new technology

Requirements

  • Must have experience working in a hedge fund/investment bank
  • History of longevity in previous roles
  • 5+ years experience
  • Within proximity to NYC in case of rare in-person needs

Salary and Benefits

  • $115-140k annually
