Role Description The WhatsApp Support role at PPStack is a full-time remote position responsible for providing timely and professional assistance to learners and clients via WhatsApp. This role involves responding to inquiries, guiding users through course enrollment and platform navigation, and resolving basic technical or account-related issues.

The position includes documenting common questions, escalating complex problems to relevant teams, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The WhatsApp Support team member will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve support processes and contribute feedback on learner needs and pain points. The role requires consistent availability during assigned shifts, adherence to service standards, and clear, empathetic communication with diverse users.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Communication skills to handle inquiries, provide clear information, and deliver a positive user experience.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities to assist with platform access, basic configuration issues, and common user errors.
  • Analytical Skills to understand user needs, identify recurring issues, and suggest improvements to support workflows.
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp and other messaging or CRM tools for structured and efficient support.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
