Role Description

We’re hiring Transcription/Subtitling Specialists to support a growing volume of content across YouTube, books, and general media & entertainment.

What you’ll do

  • Produce and review highly accurate transcripts across a range of content formats, create polished subtitles that meet strict formatting, style, and timing guidelines, and check all deliverables for linguistic accuracy, consistency, and readability.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native proficiency in one or more supported languages
  • Hands‑on experience transcribing and/or creating subtitles, including confidence with common captioning/transcription tools
  • Meticulous eye for detail and consistently accurate language work
  • Self‑directed, dependable, and able to deliver clean work by deadline

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI‑assisted transcription/subtitling workflows
  • Familiarity with subtitle editing and captioning software
  • Prior collaboration with localization teams, language service providers, or media organizations
  • Academic or professional background in linguistics, language technology, or media production
