Temporary Part Time Product Logistics Coordinator

Location: Farringdon, London & monthly visits to Hampton Wick
Hours: 21 hours per week - 7 hours per day
Working Pattern: 3 consecutive days per week
Duration: 6 months
Pay: £18.24 per hour plus holiday pay

Are you an organised and proactive professional who enjoys working with data, systems and operational processes?

Our client is looking for a Product Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and tracking stock and product data, supporting retail operations and ensuring accurate information flows across a multi-site retail network.

Working closely with internal teams, stores and warehouse colleagues, you'll help maintain accurate stock records, support inventory management processes and ensure data is accurately transferred and reconciled across multiple systems. You'll also contribute to identifying errors, resolving discrepancies and improving operational processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track stock and product data across multiple systems, including Excel and retail finance systems.
  • Ensure data is transferred accurately between systems and retail locations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records within internal systems.
  • Support stock allocation and distribution processes to ensure products are available where needed.
  • Produce and maintain reports, analysing data to identify errors, trends and opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Investigate and resolve stock, data or system-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Process and reconcile stock take information received from retail stores.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient product flow and data accuracy throughout the network.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing processes and systems.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.


About You:

You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with data. You enjoy problem-solving, analysing information and building effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.

You'll also have:

  • Previous experience in a stock control, administration, retail operations, coordination or data-focused role.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence analysing data and producing reports.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A flexible, team-focused attitude.


Desirable:

  • Experience within a charity retail environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory, stock management or retail finance systems.
  • Experience supporting stock takes and inventory reconciliation.
  • Experience within a retail, distribution or warehouse environment.
  • Experience coordinating with stores and operational teams.
