Telecaller / Appointment Setter (Part-Time | Remote / Hybrid)

Spazay Interiors is a premium interior design and renovation company on a mission to make home design simpler, smoother, and more joyful.

We are looking for a Telecaller / Appointment Setter to help us connect with potential clients and schedule meetings for our design team.

This is not a sales role. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, introduce our services, and schedule meetings with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments and consultation meetings for the sales team.
  • Build rapport with homeowners and understand their interior design requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments in the CRM.
  • Follow up consistently with leads to maximize appointment conversions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Represent the Spazay brand professionally in every client interaction.
  • Meet daily and weekly call, follow-up, and appointment targets.
Skills & Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and comfortable speaking with HNIs, NRIs, and premium clientele.
  • Strong rapport-building, listening, and relationship management abilities.
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle objections and nurture leads effectively.
  • Well-organized with good follow-up and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, appointment setting, customer service, luxury retail, hospitality, real estate, or similar premium service industries is preferred.
  • Experience in the hospitality or other luxury service sectors will be an added advantage.
