Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Manager - Fully Remote

Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is conducting an exclusive search for an experienced Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Manager to join a high-performing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven digital marketer who excels at managing paid media campaigns, optimizing lead generation, and driving measurable business results.

Position Overview

The PPC Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns while ensuring accurate conversion tracking, reporting, and budget management. This role works closely with Marketing, Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Web teams to maximize campaign performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Own bidding, budgets, keyword strategy, ad copy, landing page recommendations, and A/B testing.
  • Manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and UTM parameters.
  • Analyze campaign performance and produce key metrics, including CPL, CPS, CP-COCA, budget pacing, and channel performance.
  • Reconcile reporting across Google Ads, Meta, Five9, CallRail, and BI platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve tracking issues and continuously improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.
  • Strong experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
  • Expertise with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience managing high-volume lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills.
  • Experience collaborating with developers on tracking implementations and technical issues.

Preferred

  • Legal industry or legal lead generation experience.
  • Experience with Five9, CallRail, SEMrush, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Google Ads and/or Meta certifications.
