A Live-in Housekeeper Couple, 1000 to 1400 gross per week is needed by this lovely family in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire to help them maintain the cleanliness of their property. The housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of their property and the chef will take charge of cooking healthy meals for the family. The chef must be comfortable catering for several people with different dietary requirements as the family is sometimes hosting a gathering. All general housekeeping duties will be expected in this job.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, approximately 40 hours per week

Accommodation: 3-bedroom house within walking distance from the family home.

Duties include:

Chef will be responsible for:

  • Creating menus
  • Meal planning
  • Grocery shopping
  • Preparing for special dietary needs (organic, gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, etc).
  • Cooking meals
  • Properly storing food with heating instructions
  • Correctly handling food
  • Cleaning up and sanitising

Housekeeper will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a clean family home to a high standard
  • Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors
  • Dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
  • Cleaning wash basins, bathtubs and showers
  • Deep cleaning the kitchen
  • Washing clothes
  • Unloading the laundry and organising the clothes
  • Ironing
  • Making up the beds and changing the linens
  • Washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
  • Cleaning the windows and mirrors

A Live-in Housekeeper Couple, 1000 to 1400 gross per week role must be willing to start as soon as possible but can wait for the right candidate.
