Role Description

As a ThoughtFull professional, you will provide daily bite-sized asynchronous text-based coaching and/or on-demand therapy on our digital mental healthcare platform. Your role also includes:

  • Set your own working hours for flexibility and balance
  • Offer video and face-to-face therapy sessions to users
  • Participate in monthly town halls, workshops, and supervision for ongoing support
  • Deliver webinars, talks, and workshops to share your expertise (optional)
  • Contribute to ThoughtFull-hosted client engagement events and roadshows to showcase your knowledge and connect with the community

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
  • Licensed and registered with a professional body (e.g., Macau Society of Registered Psychotherapists (MSRP) or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Proficient in Cantonese or English
