  • Welcome new members and help drive engagement, onboarding, and retention.
  • Organize and support community events, AMAs, giveaways, and trading discussions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, support, and affiliate teams to relay community sentiment and feedback.
  • Maintain and update bots, auto-moderation tools, roles, and channel structures.
  • Track and report on community metrics, recurring issues, and member feedback.
  • Uphold a positive, professional, and brand-aligned tone at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience moderating Discord servers (ideally in trading, fintech, crypto, or gaming communities).
  • Strong understanding of Discord's features, roles, permissions, and moderation/auto-mod bots (e.g., MEE6, Dyno, Carl-bot).
  • Excellent written English and clear, professional communication.
  • Familiarity with prop trading, forex, or financial markets (strongly preferred).
  • Ability to remain calm, neutral, and diplomatic in disputes.
  • Aware of common scams and impersonation tactics targeting trading communities.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and availability across time zones (shift flexibility a plus).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience as a funded trader or familiarity with prop firm challenge models.
  • Multilingual ability to support a global member base.
  • Experience with community growth, engagement strategies, or social media.
  • Basic experience configuring bots, webhooks, or simple automations.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience.
  • Fully remote, flexible working environment or office-based in Cyprus if preferred.
  • Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling fintech and prop trading brand.
  • Be part of a globally recognized trading ecosystem backed by the IC brand.
