This is a unique and lucrative opportunity to make serious money (£60k+ p/yr) for someone who is interested in working remotely, having fun while they do it, and constantly improving their sales game. About You: Responsibilities include: Setting appointments via telephone through inbound bookings and outbound dialling Diligent follow-up via email and/or text Proactively suggesting ideas to improve the appointment setting process Recording the customer\'s personal information, detailed and accurately Keeping CRM up to date Maintaining a high appointment setting rate (the marketing funnel bringing in these leads is VERY dialed in and these leads are extremely warm!) Achieving agreed-upon KPIs every month Keeping records of calls and appointments and recording useful information Collaborating with the manager to improve the overall appointment setting process Skills & Experience: Minimum one year experience as an appointment setter or similar role over the phone/on video Collaborative, team player Track record of a high appointment setting rate while maintaining high integrity Ability to maintain strong internal communication (communicate with the sales manager, record calls for review, etc.) Experience with outbound lead generation Ability to maintain a positive mindset and energy at all times A master of authoritative empathy with prospects Smart follow-up strategy (not “just checking in” for “questions”) Ability to persuasively paint before and after scenarios for prospects Overcome objections to set appointments Coach people through their fear to becoming the successful person they want to be on the other side Simplifying complicated ideas in a way that is persuasive and doesn\'t overwhelm Experience successfully setting appointments for coaching to consumers (desirable not essential) Experience/understanding of IT in general (desirable not essential) Requirements: Smartphone and laptop with high-speed internet access Have a strong drive for success Available for 6 days per week Ability to adapt and learn quickly - this is a fast-paced environment What you get working with us: Work from home (or anywhere you can focus) High quality leads - All our leads come through a funnel which consists of a detailed hour-long video our prospects watch to understand what we offer, who it\'s for, and what the result is.
