What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be helping to keep the office running smoothly and making sure the team and clients are well looked after. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Setting up and clearing meeting rooms
  • Preparing tea, coffee and refreshments
  • Ordering lunch for meetings
  • Collecting and distributing post
  • Scanning, photocopying and printing documents
  • Keeping supplies topped up and ordering more when needed
  • Booking couriers and collecting deliveries
  • Helping with basic office moves and retrieving files from storage
  • Working with cleaners and building staff to make sure everything is in order
