Floor Manager (Full time, 40 hours) Portsmouth

Join adidas as a Floor Manager in Portsmouth. This role supports leading the shop floor, delivering great customer service, and driving store performance in alignment with adidas standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and coach the team on the shop floor, ensuring continuous development.
  • Drive store sales with the team to meet targets by delivering excellent customer service.
  • Maintain brand standards on the shop floor, including Visual Merchandising, Replenishment, and customer service to create the best shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • 12+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and strong product, retail, and industry knowledge.
  • Team leadership and customer service experience.
  • KPIs background with strong analysis and training skills.
  • Comfortable conducting feedback conversations, line-up planning, and product knowledge.
  • Good English skills and professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team.
  • Understanding the store\'s needs and acting accordingly.
