E-Commerce Executive

We have an exciting brand new opportunity for an E-Commerce Executive to support the day-to-day management and ongoing growth of our Amazon marketplaces across the UK, Europe and US.

Working closely with the Marketing Executive, the role will help ensure our Amazon accounts remain operational and profitable. Responsibilities will include customer service, marketplace monitoring, product listing management, stock forecasting, PPC reporting, customer feedback analysis and monthly sales and profitability reporting.

This role is based at our Leeds HQ, with flexibility for home working up to 2 days per week.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage Amazon marketplaces across the UK, Europe and the US
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Monitor account health and listing performance, identifying and resolving marketplace issues
  • Manage Amazon cases and listing appeals to ensure products remain active and compliant
  • Track inventory levels and support stock forecasting activities
  • Review customer feedback and product reviews to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Analyse PPC and advertising performance, highlighting opportunities for growth
  • Produce monthly sales, profitability and performance reports using Amazon and Excel data
  • Support product launches, content updates and marketplace expansion projects
  • Help optimise product listings, Amazon Stores and A+ Content to improve conversion and customer experience
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Confidence working with data, spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for understanding what drives performance
  • A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems independently
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks across different projects
  • An interest in e-commerce, digital marketplaces and online retail
  • Previous experience using Amazon Seller Central, Shopify or similar platforms would be advantageous but is not essential
