Dental clinics across India are drowning in paper registers, WhatsApp groups, and fragmented systems. DentsKart is changing that. We are an advanced, AI-powered practice management platform built specifically to streamline Indian dental operations—from smart scheduling and interactive charts to GST-compliant billing.

We are currently onboarding our founding cohort of clinics, and we need someone hungry to help us scale this movement from the ground up.

The Role: Clinic Growth Specialist (Contract)

Important Details: This is a remote, contract position for an initial 2 to 3 months , with extension or future opportunities heavily dependent on your performance and impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hunt & Connect: Identify forward-thinking dental clinics across India and show them how DentsKart can revolutionize their daily operations.
  • Onboard & Guide: Walk clinic owners through the setup process, ensuring a smooth, white-glove onboarding experience.
  • Gather Intelligence: Listen to our users. You’ll collect crucial feedback from doctors to help our product team build features that clinics actually love.
  • Drive Adoption: It’s not just about getting them to sign up; it’s about helping them maximize the platform's value so they stay for life.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • The Consultant Salesperson: You don’t just pitch; you listen. You have a knack for growth hacking and customer acquisition, but you lead with relationship-building.
  • An Exceptional Communicator: You can explain complex AI features in simple, high-value terms to busy professionals.
  • A Problem Solver: You possess the analytical skills to look at a clinic’s current mess and map out how DentsKart solves their specific pain points.
  • A Self-Starter: You thrive in a remote environment. You don't need to be micro-managed to get things done.
  • Bonus Points: If you already understand the Indian dental landscape or have experience selling SaaS, you’ll hit the ground running.
Why Join Us?
  • You’ll be working directly with the founding team, meaning your voice matters and your work will be visible from day one. If you’re looking to sharpen your startup growth skills and make a tangible impact in health-tech, let's talk.
