Business Growth Executive - Luxury Skincare & Beauty Tech

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an ambitious, hardworking and competitive Business Growth Executive to develop and maintain excellent relationships with our existing account base and manage all inbound enquires and outbound opportunities, enabling monthly / quarterly territory targets to be achieved.

Working remotely the Business Growth Executive will work as a key company interface for our existing partners in London / South East & South West, communicating promotional activity and sales strategies to increase partner spend. They will support the field-based Business Activation Managers in their specified territory with new business lead generation, order processing and education bookings. The Business Growth Executive will bring a high level of added value to the sales team with their own category of accounts to manage, develop and grow. This role reports into the Inside Sales Manager and is pivotal in achieving our ambitious revenue growth plans and opening goals through the development of our account relationships, identifying further penetration of our brands with existing partners and supporting the conversion of brand-new business.

You must work collaboratively with your designated Business Activation Managers, inside sales team and partners, be self-motivated to exceed expectations and think creatively to support the delivery of our goals.

Working with a luxury result driven portfolio, featuring the highly esteemed cosmeceutical brand; iS Clinical, physician developed Revitalash Cosmetics, coveted LED therapy brand Déesse Pro & Totally Derma nutraceuticals and joining an expert team of established professionals in the sector, the successful candidate will be integral to our ongoing growth of our leading portfolio.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Work collaboratively with business owners to implement profitable promotions, staff incentives and business goals to achieve desired growth & success.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for new business & existing accounts in your allocated area, identifying sales opportunities across the territories to support the monthly & quarterly revenue target.
  • Increase penetration of our portfolio by cross promoting brands to increase annual revenue opportunities.
  • Share key information proactively with Business Activation Managers to enhance their impact in the field.
  • Build interest in monthly promotions, gain order commitments & process orders to achieve KPIs
  • Up-sell and cross-sell phone in orders and outbound calls based on a high level of product knowledge and understanding of our brand portfolio.
  • Manage and distribute leads to relevant Business Activation Managers that you have sourced & researched.
  • Research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest.
  • Develop and grow the prospect (CRM) database, pipeline and information held for existing partners.
  • Assist in developing promotions that serve your partner’s business needs whilst generating incremental revenue for Harpar Grace International.
  • Hold virtual events to support your existing category of accounts to promote a particular service, product or launch.
  • Support Business Activation Managers pre /post sales needs as their key point of contact internally.
  • Maintain a broad market and product knowledge base to support sales excellence.
  • Maintain daily calendar, call logs, business reporting and any other administrative requirements key to the role
  • Develop sell through ideas that will assist your partners’ sales skills and order replenishment values.
  • Confidently overcome objections over the phone with existing partners and potential new business leads.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Contact all existing partners monthly to identify training, product and service needs with impeccable follow up and service excellence
  • Provide continued support for Concierge and VIP services.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of our target customers and feedback internally as required.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all account telephone and email enquiries.
  • Deliver an excellent customer journey that is consistent and evolving to best suit the needs of the partner and the business.
  • Assist with onboarding & training pathway for new partners.
  • Share best in class practices with the wider sales team for optimum results across the business.
  • Use social media platforms, according to company guidelines to engage partners and deliver key business messaging.
  • Support partners with marketing plans that align with the Harpar Grace offering.
  • Track your personal & team success throughout the month / quarter.
  • Feedback partner successes and challenges to allow the development of future sales/marketing strategies.

EXPERIENCE & KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA

  • Proven remote sales experience and account management, preferably in the Skincare/Aesthetic industry along with track record of over-achieving targets.
  • Previous experience managing databases and using CRM systems.
  • Ability to work confidently with databases.
  • Confident with power point, outlook and a minimum of intermediate user of excel.
  • Experience in improving internal processes to maximize customer satisfaction & business needs.
