Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment are essential.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul><li>Create JD-Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage the IT full year calendar including board meetings, town halls, events, and budget planning. Support IT SLTs with calendar management, scheduling, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Office Operations: Coordinate packages, deliveries, and maintenance for IT offices in New Jersey and London. Manage supply ordering including office supplies and hardware peripherals.</li><li>Town Halls & Events: Book rooms and coordinate presentation owners for town halls. Manage event bookings including team fun events/volunteer opportunities, conferences, offsites, and strategic partner check ins.</li><li>Travel & Expenses: Book travel for SLT and team members. Process expense reports and track against budget.</li><li>On-boarding & Off-boarding: Coordinate equipment, seating, and access requests for new hires with HR and IT for contract to hires. Manage first day logistics and welcome materials for contract to hires.</li><li>Vendor & Visitor Coordination: Manage badge access, NDAs, and sign in for onsite vendor visits.</li><li>Documentation & Communication: Take and distribute meeting minutes with action item tracking for recurring leadership meetings.
