Brand Executive We are working with a fast-growing, purpose-led food and drink organisation for a Brand Executive. This is a fantastic and varied role where you’ll learn how products go from farm to shelf. They are looking for a great communicator with a genuine passion for health, wellness and sustainability, to join their growing Herefordshire team on their growth journey What you can expect * Salary: £25,000–£30,000 + bonus * Working hours: 9am -5.00pm – Monday to Friday * Hybrid working with regular travel to Herefordshire * Work closely with the Marketing Lead and Founders * Progression opportunities within a purpose-led company What you will be doing * Supporting account management and customer service for key retailers and wholesalers * Assist with the preparation and delivery of new business pitches * Conducting store visits to check availability, visibility, and build relationships with store teams * Collaborating with Marketing on promotions, campaigns and customer support * Analysing sales data and performance to identify growth opportunities * Representing the brand at trade shows, events and sampling activations What we are looking for * A genuine passion in food, wellness or sustainability * A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships * Highly organised, dependable and able to multitask effectively * Competent across Microsoft 360 including Excel and Outlook * Strong initiative and a can-do attitude * A valid UK driving licence is essential with a willingness to travel Recruitment Direct are working as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy, you must have legal right to work in the UK to apply Salary: GBP 28500 - 30000 per year
