Our client, Asiana Airlines is recruiting Airport Service Agent to join their business in the UK.

Location: Heathrow Airport (TW19 7LN)

1. Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are recruiting for an airline and/or travel industry experienced person, with job vacancies available at Asiana Airlines London Heathrow Airport.

  • Supervises as well as liaise with the ground handlers and airport teams to ensure on-time flight operation
  • Checking customers travel documents travel documentation together with relevant identification to ensure compliance with governing bodies.
  • Checking customers into airline systems adhering to policies and procedures, Issuing boarding passes and bag tags and identifying and processing dangerous goods.
  • Manage overall airport service in case of flight disruptions, mis-connections and other passenger related disruptions
  • Manage cargo operations

2. Experience and skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Diligent attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for working with a variety of information technology
  • Equip with good problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy under pressure
  • Computer literate with strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Fluency in oral and written English
  • Speaking Korean & well-known Korean Culture would be an advantage
  • A full 5 year work/unemployment/education history

3. Other Working Conditions

  • Visa: Work Visa/ Holders of a Visa that allows them to work legally in the UK.

  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Recruitment: Part-Time
  • Working hours: 6 hours / day, 5 days a week
