Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025 Active Directory: Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP Virtualization: Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi/vSphere and Microsoft Hyper‑V, including clustering System Management & Patching: Knowledge with SCCM (MECM) for software deployment, patching, and operating system deployment (OSD); knowledge of WSUS Scripting: Good working knowledge of PowerShell for automating administrative tasks Monitoring & Security: Experience with SCOM or similar monitoring solutions Hardware Knowledge: Familiarity with physical server hardware, particularly Fujitsu PRIMERGY, as well as HP or Dell platforms Additional advantage: Knowledge of Ivanti Security Controls / Ivanti Device Control Languages: Good communication skills in English What’s the role about? Administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025) Providing 2nd/3rd line support through incident, problem, and request management in line with ITIL methodology Managing monthly security patching, vulnerability remediation, and obsolescence management, including proactive improvements and action plans Monitoring server health and performance, supporting capacity planning and optimization Maintaining existing infrastructure architecture and enforcing appropriate access control and security standards Automating administrative tasks and infrastructure processes using PowerShell scripting Participating in infrastructure-related projects, including new initiatives and incident remediation activities Collaborating closely with other infrastructure teams and resolving tickets from internal and external stakeholders Participating in on-call standby duty (24/7) and working in a shift-based support model when required What can you expect from us?
