Warehouse Team Leader -Speke , Liverpool L24

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader for a company based in Speke , Liverpool L24



Duties:

  • Learning and overseeing the internal Pick & Pack operation
  • Rectifying operational errors
  • Monitoring and managing pick rates
  • Supervising and supporting up to 20 warehouse operatives at one time


Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of a pick/pack warehouse environment
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Computer literate
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a small team


Shift Pattern:

Sunday to Thursday

Sunday : 10am - 6pm

Monday to Thursday : 2pm - 10pm



Pay Rate:

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Upon successful completion of the temporary period and permanent transfer:

  • £14.52 per hour during the first 3-month probation period
  • Once probation has been successfully completed, there is an attendance incentive which increases the rate to £15.97 per hour

This equates to approximately:

  • £28,314 per annum during probation
  • £31,141 per annum after passing probation and qualifying for the attendance incentive
