In thisrole,youwillbethewarm welcomeat the heartofour operations,as you greetour supporters,assistwithdonations, organisestock andhelpwithunloadingdeliveries.

Whatyoulldo:

Support Daily Operations: Work alongside thewarehouse team tomove, organiseandallocatestock for distribution.

SupporterEngagement: Greet andassistsupporters dropping off donations with awelcoming andcourteous service.

Gift Aid Promotion: Maximise income by encouraging donors to sign up for Gift Aid, completing paperwork, and adding Gift Aid labels to relevant stock(full training will be given).

Loading & Unloading: Assist with the safe collection and delivery of donated goods, working safely and in compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.

Furniture Storage & Stock Rotation: Help with the storage and rotation of stock to ensure the warehouseremainswell-organised and functional.

Collaborate with the Team: Work closely withthe TeamLeadersandvolunteers to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Maintain Cleanliness:Help keepthe warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organised.

Compliance: Follow all organisational policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including Health & Safety regulations.
