Warehouse Assistant

About PokeRand

PokeRand is one of the UK’s leading platforms for buying, selling, and live-streaming Pokémon cards and collectibles. We run daily Whatnot streams, fulfil high-volume customer orders, and operate from a fast-paced warehouse environment focused on accuracy and efficiency.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Warehouse Assistant to support our fulfilment operations during the day shift. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with a strong interest in Pokémon — especially the trading card game — and a willingness to contribute to all areas of day-to-day warehouse work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and sort Pokémon card inventory ahead of live-streams
  • Assist with product prep for streamers and warehouse staff
  • Post-stream: gather and group sold items for pickers and shippers
  • Occasionally assist with order picking and packing
  • Restock supplies and maintain station readiness
  • General tidying and organisation throughout the warehouse
  • Support team members with day-to-day warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

  • Strong interest in Pokémon, ideally with trading card knowledge
  • Solid attention to detail, especially when handling card-based inventory
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent work ethic
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to follow instructions and stay organised
  • Previous warehouse or retail experience is helpful but not required
