VodafoneThree - Propositions Specialist

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday Support the development and delivery of strategic and tactical propositions across handsets, device financing and value-added services. Identify growth opportunities through customer, market and competitor insight, translating findings into actionable proposition recommendations. Develop robust business cases and assess the commercial viability of new proposition concepts and investment opportunities. Help create customer-centric experiences across sales and support journeys, representing the voice of the customer throughout proposition development. Define proposition requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-to-end customer and channel experiences. Work closely with stakeholders across the Consumer Business Unit to align proposition objectives, priorities and commercial goals. Contribute to initiatives that attract new customers, increase handset adoption and encourage progression to higher-value products and services through insight-led propositions. Take ownership of proposition performance, balancing customer experience, commercial value and operational feasibility to support the future growth of the devices business. Interested in the UK consumer mobile and handset market, including customer needs, competitor activity and emerging proposition trends. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery. An effective communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and influence a range of stakeholders. Experience in proposition, product or commercial roles is preferred, with the ability to support the development and launch of customer propositions from concept through to delivery. Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to work effectively in complex environments and manage multiple priorities.
