Duties

  • Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services through upselling techniques.
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette by speaking clearly, listening actively, and demonstrating empathy during interactions.
  • Support multilingual customers by providing bilingual assistance in Spanish and English when needed.
  • Follow established protocols to handle escalations efficiently and escalate complex issues to supervisors as necessary.

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable; strong communication skills are essential.
