University Administrative Support (Hybrid/In-Office)

About the Position

Meridian’s Student Services Team coordinates academic records, library resources, internship placement, and other support services to guide students through their academic journey and ensure students have a coherent administrative interface. Team members use skill sets in student record management, database administration, case management, and general educational administration/project management best practices across various functions and projects.

Classification: Full Time

Location: Hybrid (In-Person/Remote) at Meridian University's Bay Area Center in Petaluma

Minimum Qualification: Must have a Bachelor's Degree

Experience with many of the following is optimal:

  • Customer Service
  • Database Management
  • General Administrative tasks
