Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas. Design user interfaces that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with brand guidelines. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the overall design quality. Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs. Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs. Use data and analytics to track and measure the success of designs and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of design projects within budget and scope. Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all designs align with the EY brand and messaging. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and improve existing designs and processes. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to foster their growth and development. Adhere to project deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
