Active KS or Compact RN License Description: The Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist (CDS) is responsible for reviewing inpatient medical records to ensure accurate and complete documentation reflecting patient severity of illness and risk of mortality. The role includes collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and coding staff to clarify documentation as needed. Additional Details: Remote role; equipment provided if located more than 1 hour from Kansas City Nicotine-free facility Bi-weekly pay 8-hour non-billable orientation No weekends, holidays, on-call, or floating Fully Remote.
