The buzzing Canva London campus features several buildings around leafy Hoxton Square in Shoreditch. While our global headquarters is in Sydney, Australia, London is our HQ for Europe, with all kinds of teams based here, plus event spaces to gather our team and communities. You\'ll experience a warm welcome from our Vibe team at front of house, amazing home cooked food from our Head Chef and a variety of workspaces to hang out with your team mates or get solo work done. You\'ll have choice in where and how you work.

About The Role

As a Senior Content Administrator, you\'ll own how creative assets move through Canva\'s ecosystem, from dispatch to trafficking. You combine hands-on execution with system ownership, ensuring assets are organised, governed, and scalable across teams, vendors, and aligned with our global processes. This role serves as the single point of enablement for asset management and migrations, dispatch, governance, and ad trafficking — reducing delivery risk and unlocking faster campaign launches at scale in EMEA regions.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Production Team to ensure accurate metadata entry and effective asset tracking across multiple tools (Iconik, Cloudinary, LucidLink, Google Sheets).

Support end-to-end UGC workflows from intake through dispatch, ensuring assets move quickly and accurately from production to go-live.

Upload and traffick high-volumes of paid media assets across Canva\'s ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, CM360) with accuracy, aligning with Channel Managers to meet tight turnarounds.

Identify and reduce ad trafficking risks through proactive QA and workflow improvements.

Identify workflow inefficiencies and improve how content is structured, accessed, and restored across platforms.

Lead cross-team workflows & automations to ensure ad graduation and volume is on track.

Build and edit CMS-based landing pages for EMEA markets using established templates.

Coordinate cross-team asset management needs when projects involve multiple creative teams, including our Manila-based team.

Manage collaboration with external vendors by overseeing file deliveries and ensuring all assets adhere to Canva\'s metadata, naming, and organizational standards.

Own and refine project archiving and content restoration processes, ensuring completed projects are properly stored and easily retrievable for future use.

Partner with Martech, Engineering, and Post-Production teams to enhance automation and efficiency across metadata and asset management workflows.

Track and report asset volumes, turnaround times, and workflow performance, using insights to support continuous improvement.

Lead onboarding and enablement for new team members, ensuring consistency across systems, tools, and content workflows.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders by leading regular check-ins with producers, Program Managers, and Channel Leads to gather actionable feedback.

Own quality control checks on all assets prior to dispatch — including validating resolution, file formats, dimensions, and technical specifications — to ensure assets meet channel and platform requirements.

Qualifications

A strategic problem-solver who can identify bottlenecks and improve them through automations and AI efficiencies.

Proven experience working across asset management systems and complex creative processes.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive workflows.

A strong communicator and team player who can align multiple stakeholders and make sound decisions under pressure.

A strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently as a single point of operational accountability.

Strongly preferred: Ability to speak multiple languages across priority EMEA markets (English, Spanish, French ideally)
