This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

THE TEAM easyJet is building a world class Commercial function, delivering industry leading revenue performance across our network. This role sits within the Trading team, which forms part of the wider Revenue Management function at the heart of our Commercial organisation. The Trading team is responsible for delivering against sales and revenue targets across key markets, in line with our financial plan. By managing pricing alongside a range of commercial levers, the team works in close partnership with stakeholders across Commercial and the wider business to maximise performance and drive continuous improvement.

THE ROLE As a Trading Manager, you will own the trading strategy for a specific easyJet market, with a focus on maximising Revenue per Seat and delivering against our financial plan. You will also;

Manage the annual revenue plan for your market, ensuring delivery against financial targets.
Conduct regular trading reviews to identify risks and opportunities and take proactive action.
Optimise pricing and commercial levers to maximise route and destination performance.
Partner with key stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and digital teams to deliver strategy.
Develop a strong understanding of competitor pricing and product positioning.
Drive performance across all distribution channels in collaboration with digital teams.
Support the ongoing evolution of ways of working across UK and EU trading teams.
Contribute to strategic decisions that shape the future of easyJet’s commercial performance.

What We’re Looking For
Strong commercial and analytical mindset with proven experience in revenue management or trading.
Highly numerate with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Strategic thinking with the ability to link market performance to wider business objectives.
Confident decision maker with a test and learn approach and appetite for innovation.
Strong influencing and communication skills with the ability to challenge constructively.
Ability to build effective relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
Resilient and self motivated, comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Knowledge of the aviation or travel sector and competitive market dynamics.
Digitally savvy, with an understanding of online channels, tools, and metrics.

PRACTICALITIES This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
