<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>Testing Manager<br><br></strong><strong>Slough</strong> (Head Office) with regular travel to <strong>Ashby-de-la-Zouch, </strong>and occasional travel across our UK sites and to the Intersnack headquarters in Düsseldorf.<br><br><strong>Initial 12-month FTC<br><br></strong>We operate a dynamic working model built on trust, choice and balance. Colleagues typically connect in person 3 days per week, as we know the best ideas and relationships grow when we collaborate side by side.<br><br>We also offer Dynamic Friday Hours, giving colleagues the opportunity to flex their time and finish early on a Friday, where the role allows.<br><br><strong>Join our snack-loving team<br><br></strong>We're looking for a Testing Manager to join KP Snacks as part of a major transformational IT programme. This is a unique opportunity to lead testing activities across a complex ERP transformation, helping to ensure the successful implementation of new systems, processes and ways of working across our business.<br><br><strong>Who are we?<br><br></strong>We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>The role will lead testing across a complex ERP transformation spanning six manufacturing sites, UK headquarters functions, third-party logistics operations and business processes within a global programme environment. Working across multiple functions, systems and stakeholder groups, you will play a critical role in ensuring solutions are fully tested, business risks are minimised and colleagues are ready for deployment.<br><br>Working closely with UK and Group stakeholders, you'll help shape the testing strategy, drive execution and ensure the programme delivers successful business outcomes.<br><br><strong>What’s in it for you?<br><br></strong>We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:<br><br><ul><li>Competitive annual salary, annual salary review and annual bonus opportunity (target 10%), plus a £7,500 car allowance plus KP Pension Plan with up to 7% matched contributions</li><li>25 days holiday, with the option to buy up to five additional days, plus additional holiday after five years’ service</li><li>Comprehensive healthcare including Single Cover Private Healthcare, Health Cash Plan, Digital GP and Employee Assistance Programme</li><li>KP4ME benefits platform with discounts, cashback and wellbeing support, plus access to the EV Car Scheme</li><li>Enhanced family-friendly policies to support colleagues at every stage of life<br><br></li></ul><strong>What will you be doing?<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead testing delivery across the UK programme Ensure all testing activities are planned, resourced, executed and reported effectively throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Shape and refine the testing strategy Work closely with the Group team and UK programme leadership to help develop and evolve the testing strategy, ensuring it reflects UK business priorities, process complexity, operational risks and deployment objectives</li><li>Lead end-to-end business process testing Ensure proposed ERP solutions are validated against operational requirements and support effective execution of critical business processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance and Commercial operations</li><li>Ensure comprehensive test coverage Drive integration, end-to-end and business process testing across ERP and connected applications, ensuring all critical scenarios are validated</li><li>Collaborate across multiple functions and stakeholders Partner with workstream leads, site teams, project colleagues, third-party providers and Group stakeholders to coordinate testing activities and drive successful outcomes</li><li>Manage defects, risks and issues Act as the primary escalation point for testing-related issues, ensuring defects are prioritised, tracked and resolved effectively</li><li>Support organisational readiness and adoption Partner closely with Business Change, Training and workstream teams to ensure testing activities support colleague readiness, adoption and successful deployment</li><li>Provide clear governance and reporting Track progress, report status, highlight risks and ensure programme leadership has clear visibility of testing performance and readiness<br><br></li></ul><strong>Job Requirements<br><br></strong><strong>We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proven testing leadership experience Experience leading testing activities within large-scale ERP, technology or business transformation programmes</li><li>Strong understanding of testing methodologies Expertise across integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing and end-to-end business process testing</li><li>Experience contributing to testing strategy development Ability to shape and refine testing approaches to meet business objectives and manage programme risk</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills Confidence working across multiple business functions and influencing colleagues at all levels</li><li>Strong project and planning capabilities Experience managing testing schedules, dependencies, resources and priorities within complex programmes</li><li>A continuous improvement mindset A proactive approach to identifying improvements, resolving challenges and driving delivery excellence<br><br></li></ul><strong>Tools and Systems <br><br></strong><strong>Experience Working With The Following Would Be Beneficial<br><br></strong><ul><li>Jira</li><li>Zephyr</li><li>ERP systems, ideally SAP environments</li><li>Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Test management and defect tracking tools<br><br></li></ul><strong>Our purpose<br><br></strong>At KP Snacks, we're passionate about creating happy snacking moments through our great tasting snacks and iconic brands.
