About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Telephony Agent to join our remote team. You will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering a high standard of service and ensuring all queries are handled personally, efficiently and with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Always provide excellent customer service
  • Listen to customer/client needs and resolve queries or issues effectively
  • Record accurate call information and update systems where required
  • Follow internal procedures and service standards
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Maintain a positive and solution-focused approach in all interactions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in handling phone-based customer interactions
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting
