Technical Services & Engineering Academy - Operations & Governance Lead

Location: Arbor, London. Flexibility to be based at any UK office.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent, salaried

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations and Governance Lead to play a key role in shaping and scaling our global Technical Services & Engineering Academy.

Acting as the operational backbone of the Academy, you’ll take ownership of how it runs day-to-day—bringing structure, consistency, and clarity to a complex, global environment. You’ll translate strategy into practical delivery, ensuring programmes are rolled out effectively across regions, while driving continuous improvement.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll work closely with global stakeholders, lead key workstreams end-to-end, and bring together people, processes, and systems to improve engineering capability at scale.

Qualifications & Experience We’re looking for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment and can bring clarity and control to complexity.

  • Highly reliable, with strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Tech-savvy, confident working with systems, data, and digital tools
  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and drives work forward

  • Ability to think operationally and bring structure to processes and ways of working
  • Experience working in global, technical, or complex environments is beneficial
