We're recruiting on behalf of a growing Microsoft Solutions Partner looking to add a Technical Consultant to their Managed Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while supporting a wide range of organisations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.

The Role:

As a Technical Consultant, you'll work as part of a collaborative Managed Services team, providing technical support, implementing enhancements, and delivering outstanding customer service to a varied client base.

This is a client-facing role where you'll build strong relationships while resolving issues, delivering system improvements, and helping customers maximise their Microsoft investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues within agreed SLAs
  • Implement system enhancements, configurations and customisations
  • Develop solutions using C# and JavaScript where required
  • Configure and develop Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI solutions
  • Communicate regularly with customers, providing updates throughout the lifecycle of support cases
  • Produce technical documentation and complete system testing
  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies and platform capabilities
  • Work closely with internal consultants and developers to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
About You:

You'll ideally have

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
  • Knowledge of C# and JavaScript development within Dynamics 365
  • Previous experience within a Managed Services or Technical Consultancy environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
  • A proactive attitude and passion for learning new Microsoft technologies
  • Microsoft certifications (PL-200 and relevant Dynamics 365 certifications) would be advantageous
