Salary: £13.53 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Fareham area helping them regain independence in their own homes.

Your duties include:

Personal care

Meal preparation and basic cooking

Light household tasks

Food shopping

Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, Drivers with a Full Uk licence, your own vehicle and business insurance.

Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.

Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends

Good English communication skills
