Support Engineer - ITSM, Telecom

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Robotics Operations team as Robotics Teleoperators. This role involves operating advanced robotic systems using VR technology to support data collection and research activities. The position is primarily non-technical but requires a high level of attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to operational procedures. Key Responsibilities * Operate and control advanced robotic systems using VR headsets and haptic gloves. * Collect and label high-quality data to support research and development initiatives. * Perform data collection tasks involving physical activities such as squatting, repetitive sitting and standing, lifting objects, and continuous movement throughout the shift. * Replace robot batteries (approximately 12 kg) and transport them over short distances as required. * Reset robot workspaces and equipment between operator sessions. * Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines while working with robotic systems. * Accurately record and report operational observations and issues. Skill Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline. * 0–3 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply). * Comfortable performing physical activities for extended periods. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. * Willingness to work from the office 5 days a week.
