Social Media Specialist

We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Consumer PR, Social & Influencer team. In this role, you'll lead our always-on organic social media activity, creating engaging content that connects with audiences, responds to trends and cultural moments, and drives brand engagement across multiple platforms. Working closely with creative teams, PR, brand and agency partners, you'll bring impactful campaigns to life from concept through to execution. You will:

  • Plan, create and publish engaging organic social content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and emerging platforms.
  • Develop both planned and reactive content that responds to trends and cultural moments.
  • Manage campaigns from creative briefing through to filming, editing, publishing - working with creative teams, agencies, production partners and content creators.
  • Produce social-first content including short form video, static assets and compelling copy.
  • Manage content calendars and publishing schedules using Sprinklr.
  • Work with Social Analytics to monitor campaign performance and use insights to optimise future content.
  • Present ideas, campaign results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and governance processes.
  • Collaborate with PR, Influencer, Paid Social, Brand and Commercial teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the organic social strategy, championing platform best practice, innovation and continuous improvement.
