I'm partnering with a globally recognised luxury brand to find a Social Media & Influencer Manager to join their London team.

This is an opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative marketing team where you'll have the freedom to bring ideas forward, take ownership of your work and play a key role in shaping the brand's digital presence.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the day-to-day social presence of a globally recognised luxury brand, bringing its stories, craftsmanship and collections to life across key channels
  • Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Director and creative team to deliver content around campaigns, launches and key brand moments
  • Using a rich archive of heritage assets while also bringing fresh ideas and content concepts to the table
  • Taking a proactive approach to content creation, spotting opportunities and helping shape the brand's social presence rather than simply executing briefs
  • Managing and growing an engaged global community, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's standards
  • Helping develop the influencer programme, identifying relevant creators and supporting partnerships that align with the brand
  • Collaborating across marketing, creative, retail and ecommerce teams as part of a small, highly collaborative environment
  • Using performance insights and industry trends to continuously evolve content and engagement strategies
What we're looking for
  • Experience managing social media for a luxury brand is essential
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning, storytelling and digital content
  • Experience creating and adapting content across social platforms
  • A strong visual eye and confidence using creative and editing tools
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and creator partnerships
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of projects
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a small team
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
