This role focuses on the strategic transition of customers from purchasing "hours" to achieving "defined impact" and business value. You will act as a consultative challenger, ensuring that every Statement of Work (SOW) is a rigorous, milestone-driven roadmap linked to specific business outcomes.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h3><strong>WHY THIS ROLE?</strong></h3><ul><li><p><strong>Complex Problem Solving:</strong> Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.</p></li><li><p><strong>Strategic Impact:</strong> Own the services lifecycle for high-stakes, complex engagements, ensuring technical discovery is grounded in core product capabilities.</p></li><li><p><strong>Operational Leadership:</strong> Implement formal Scope Governance and maintain practice margin health through meticulous SFDC rigor.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h3><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></h3><ul><li><p><strong>Consultative Challenger:</strong> Provide the confidence to challenge unrealistic customer requests and offer strategic trade-off options to protect project health and customer success.</p></li><li><p><strong>Scope Governance:</strong> Lead deep technical discovery pre-signature and implement formal, auditable change management processes for all scope modifications.</p></li><li><p><strong>Commercial Data Integrity:</strong> Own the accuracy of bookings forecasts and financial milestones in SFDC, ensuring the commercial health of the practice.</p></li><li><p><strong>Value Engineering:</strong> Translate complex business challenges into milestone-driven roadmaps, ensuring SOW alignment with customer Use Cases.</p></li><li><p><strong>Cross-Functional Networking:</strong> Network with senior internal and external personnel in your area of expertise to drive alignment on the "Unified Front."</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h3><strong>OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE</strong></h3><p><strong>Experience:</strong> Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s degree.</p><p><strong>Field Expertise</strong>: 5-8 years of field sales or services delivery experience, specifically within Data Warehousing, BI, or Cloud fields.</p><p><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Expert-level capability in Technical Discovery, Scoping, and leading deep discovery pre-signature.</p><p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> Proven ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions in complex environments.</p><p>Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
