We’re seeking a highly qualified Senior Programme Manager to join our our dynamic CIO Delivery team. In this pivotal role, you\'ll lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex programmes—or a portfolio of interrelated projects—that could span across digital, technology, data, or a combination of these areas. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring successful programme outcomes by driving delivery against key milestones, KPIs, and governance standards. This is a high-impact role where your leadership will directly influence strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation. You’ll bring proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams and navigating enterprise-level governance, while building positive relationships with senior stakeholders and technical leaders. From developing robust business cases to mitigating delivery risks and managing dependencies, your ability to drive clarity, cohesion, and timely execution will be essential. The must haves In order to be considered, you must have the following experience; Delivery management experience with customer-facing frontend digital products, with comprehensive and strong skills in project and programme management. Able to take decisions, assess situations to determine importance, urgency, and risks, and make clear decisions that are timely and in the best interest of the organisation. Strong commercial skills and experience to structure program delivery within a framework that clearly augments the financial and operational goals of the team. Strong experience working with digital squads in an Agile setting. Strong resource management, financial management, and budget management skills.
