About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist with deep expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to join our remote team. You will be responsible for scaling high-budget campaigns, managing invoicing and credit-based accounts, and driving performance through intelligent, creative ad strategy.

This is a remote, full-time or part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for self-motivated experts who want to work with elite global brands and cutting-edge tools in the eCommerce space.

What You’ll Be Doing

Plan, launch, and scale high-budget campaigns ($200K–$500K+/month) across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.

Manage ad spend using invoicing or large credit lines; track expenses and handle monthly billing/reporting.

Build and maintain budget plans tailored to campaign goals and client KPIs.

Analyze performance data (CR%, ROAS, CPA, LTV) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and attribution platforms.

Run A/B testing, audience targeting, keyword research, and creative optimization.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment and high campaign efficiency.

Provide actionable performance reports and insights for continuous scaling and improvement.

Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and ad tech innovations in eCommerce performance marketing.

Who We’re Looking For

5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with large-scale budgets.

Proven ability to manage $100K+/month ad spend and scale with strong ROI.

Experience with invoicing systems, expense tracking, and budget control.

Background working with agency or multi-client environments preferred.

Advanced skills in conversion optimization, scaling, retargeting, and analytics.

Strong communication and reporting skills in English.

Results-driven, self-motivated, and reliable in a fully remote work environment.

Experience targeting US and European markets is highly desirable.

What We Offer

🌎 Remote-first role — work from anywhere, on your time.

💰 Part-time: $55–$75/hour (minimum 4 hours/day, 16 hours/week).

💼 Full-time: $9,500–$11,500/month + commission bonuses + benefits (40 hours/week, Mon–Fri).
