Senior IT Systems Engineer / DevOps & Technical Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to build, automate and maintain deployment pipelines, cloud and server infrastructure, monitoring systems and internal business tools.

The role combines DevOps, infrastructure, automation, dashboards and selected internal IT responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines
  • Deploy and manage Docker-based services
  • Manage Azure or AWS infrastructure and Windows/Linux servers
  • Automate recurring processes using Python, PowerShell, SQL, APIs, webhooks or similar tools
  • Build monitoring dashboards and alerts
  • Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
  • Manage backups, permissions, MFA, security updates and documentation
  • Troubleshoot cloud, network, server and deployment issues
  • Proactively suggest scalable technical improvements

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant DevOps, infrastructure or systems-engineering experience
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Linux and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with Azure or AWS
  • Experience with Python or PowerShell, SQL, APIs or automation
  • Good understanding of monitoring, networking, backups and IT security
  • Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style
  • Good English communication skills
  • Currently based in the UAE or able to relocate to Dubai
  • Willing to work full-time from our Dubai office

Experience with dashboards, Terraform, Ansible, n8n, Power Automate or Microsoft 365 is an advantage, but not required.
