An innovative AI consultancy and technology business that partners with organisations across both the public and private sectors to solve complex strategic and operational challenges.

As the business continues to scale, they're looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to play a key role in the evolution of their flagship AI platform. This is an opportunity to work on genuine engineering challenges, combining large-scale data processing, production AI systems and modern software engineering to build a platform that customers rely on to make important commercial decisions.

Working within a small, highly experienced engineering team, you'll have significant ownership from day one and help shape both the product and technical direction.

The Role

This role sits at the intersection of:

  • Large-scale data engineering and entity resolution.
  • Production AI systems that customers trust.
  • Full-stack product development across modern web technologies.

You'll own key parts of the platform end-to-end, building services that ingest, enrich and structure complex datasets while developing customer-facing functionality across the application.

You'll also play a significant role in ensuring AI-generated outputs remain accurate, measurable and production-ready through evaluation frameworks and continuous testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop large-scale data pipelines that identify, match and enrich complex organisational datasets.
  • Design and build full-stack features across both frontend and backend services.
  • Build production-ready AI workflows using modern LLM technologies.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks, regression testing and quality assurance for AI-generated outputs.
  • Work closely with product stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Make architectural decisions across the platform.
  • Improve data quality, confidence scoring and record matching capabilities.
  • Build reliable systems using modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development.

Technical Requirements

  • 10+ years' commercial Full Stack development experience.
  • Strong Python and TypeScript development experience.
  • Modern frontend experience (React or similar).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Experience building production applications using Large Language Models.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, orchestration, tool calling and handling LLM failure modes.
  • Comfortable using AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Highly Desirable

  • Entity resolution, record linkage or large-scale deduplication.
  • AI evaluation frameworks, regression testing and benchmarking.
  • Experience working in small engineering teams with significant ownership.
  • Experience building data-intensive products.
  • Strong interest in AI, knowledge systems or market intelligence.

What's in it for you?

  • £500 per day (DOE).
  • Initial 3-month contract with strong extension potential.
  • Fully remote working.
  • Flexible 3-4 day working week.
  • Opportunity to work directly with experienced technical founders.
  • High levels of autonomy and ownership.
  • Cutting-edge AI product development.
  • Modern engineering environment built around AI-native development practices.
