This role provides enhanced responsibility, oversight and day-to-day leadership within the team while maintaining hands-on Ebilling & billing. This role plays a vital part in ensuring team efficiency, supporting colleagues, and maintaining high Ebilling & Billing standards across the department.. </div><br><br><h3>What you will do?</h3><div>Act as the first point of contact for Ebilling queries from Billing team, providing operational support and troubleshooting day to day.<br><br> </div><div>· Working closely with the Billing Supervisor daily and covering during times of absence, by monitoring Ebilling workloads, distributing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and conducting 1-2-1 with Billing Administrators.</div><div> <br>· Assist with onboarding clients to Ebilling platforms, ensuring accurate setup and compliance with client requirements.</div><div> <br>· Monitor Ebilling rejections, errors and resubmissions, resolving issues where possible or escalating appropriately.</div><div> <br>· Promote 'right first time' and continuous improvement within the billing team, identifying opportunities for process enhancement.<br><br> </div><div>· Provide support and training to team members, supporting their development and building confidence.</div><div> <br>· Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships to support smooth billing delivery.<br><br> </div><br><br><h3>Who you are</h3><div>Experience 2 years working with multiple Ebilling portals and LEDES formats.<br><br> </div><div>· Strong understanding of the Ebilling lifecycle from upload to approval.<br><br> </div><div>· Excellent attention to detail with ability to identify and resolve data issues, and commitment to compliant, right-first-time submissions and billing.</div><div> <br>· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to provide guidance to team members.</div><div> <br>· Experience with Elite 3E and Excel.</div><div> <br>· Proactive, self‑motivated and capable of working effectively under pressure.<br><br> </div><br><br><h3>What's in it for you?</h3><ul> <li>High levels of flexibility and a great work life balance - https://jobs.dacbeachcroft.com/whats-in-it-for-you/</li> <li>A well-rounded remuneration package (which includes private medical insurance, income protection insurance and discounted gym membership, amongst many other benefits)</li> <li>Opportunities for growth and progression including professional funding</li> <li>In person and remote social events</li> <li>Opportunity to get involved in a range of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) activities</li> </ul><div>We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, which aligns closely to our cultural principles (Determined, Clear, Creative and Supportive).
