SAP Document Management Specialist

<p>What You’ll Be Doing:<br /> ✔️ Implementing and optimizing SAP Document Management System (DMS) solutions to manage business-critical documents, including contracts, technical drawings, and compliance documents.<br /> ✔️ Integrating SAP DMS with other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PM, and SAP S/4HANA to ensure seamless document management across business processes.<br /> ✔️ Designing and implementing document workflows, including document creation, revision control, approval processes, and document archiving within SAP.<br /> ✔️ Ensuring proper configuration and integration of SAP DMS with other enterprise systems for document storage, retrieval, and access control.<br /> ✔️ Collaborating with internal teams to ensure document management processes are compliant with industry regulations and company policies.<br /> ✔️ Supporting the classification, indexing, and version control of documents to improve document traceability and accessibility.<br /> ✔️ Analyzing document management data to identify opportunities for improving document efficiency, reducing document-related errors, and enhancing user experience.<br /> ✔️ Providing training and ongoing support to internal teams on best practices for SAP Document Management solutions and processes.</p> <p>What We’re Looking For:<br /> ✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Document Management Specialist, with expertise in SAP DMS and SAP S/4HANA.<br /> ✔️ Strong understanding of document management processes, including document creation, approval workflows, version control, and archiving.<br /> ✔️ Experience integrating SAP DMS with other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP SD, and SAP FICO.<br /> ✔️ Ability to streamline document management processes and enhance document accessibility, compliance, and traceability.<br /> ✔️ Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its enhancements for document management and process optimization.<br /> ✔️ SAP certifications in SAP DMS, SAP S/4HANA, or related modules are highly preferred.<br /> ✔️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</p>
