Turn your network into recurring revenue. Work on your own terms.

About MyTeamAbroad (MTA):

We help businesses scale fast by providing vetted, remote software developers on demand. Our developers are on our payroll, clients simply get productivity and results. Think of us as the shortcut between engineering pain and performance.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for networked professionals, connectors, or salespeople who can open doors in the IT, SaaS, or startup space.

Whether you’re already in sales, recruiting, or simply know decision-makers in tech, this is your chance to monetize your network.

💡 This can be a great side income alongside a full-time role, you work when and how you want.

It’s a 100% commission-only opportunity with recurring monthly commissions (not one-time payouts) and no cap on earnings.

One of our partners currently earns $7,000+ per month in ongoing recurring commissions, working just a few hours weekly.

Your Mission:

  • Use your existing network to introduce companies that need remote software developers.
  • Close B2B deals (clients typically hire 1–10+ developers).
  • Manage your own pipeline, full autonomy, no micromanagement.
  • Collaborate with our internal team for onboarding and client success.

You Are:

  • Well-connected in the tech, IT, SaaS, or startup ecosystem.
  • A natural communicator and confident closer.
  • Independent, proactive, and driven by performance-based rewards.
  • Excited by flexibility, freedom, and unlimited recurring earning potential.

Bonus: Experience in staff augmentation, tech recruiting, or IT services sales.

Compensation:

  • Commission-only, with recurring monthly income per active developer placed.
  • Not a one-time commission: you continue earning as long as your placements remain active.
  • No cap, the more developers you place, the more you earn.
  • Example: Close one client who hires 3 developers = ongoing monthly payout.
